Hi
Dig Stamps… What are your views on them ? Do you use them ? Have any favourite ones or sites you buy them from ?
The reason I ask is that I have been trawling the internet for some Digi Stamps and found some fab freebies of these. I am thinking these are a good back up for hard to buy stamps and dies.
I was after a “gumball machine” stamp and die set but what I found was so expensive so for 76p I bought a lovely digi stamp set. Then another set popped up at me which was ” milk and cookies” again same price which I thought was great value, and as usual one picture lead to another and so my freebies of digi stamps started……
Maybe I have few too many as I simply have no idea where or what one to start with !
Do I start with Gumball, Milk and Cookies, Ice Cream, Travel, Cocktails …. Oh the list just goes on and on and on ….. I had to tell myself STOP !! purely because I was confuzzled with all the fab freebies and my head was starting to overload (which is easy for me ). I don’t think it helped as my god daughter just gave me a huge request for Cupcakes, Cupcake Bouquets and 2 tie Cupcakes for her daughter’s upcoming christening.
So back to Digi Stamps….Love them or loathe them ? I personally had to look at them as I am not very good with scissors so had to look for easy cutting ones but cannot wait to give them a go.
Oh and the free papers I have grabbed is unreal !
Please feel free to let me know what you think, any tips or good websites
Have a good week
I’ve never used a digistamp, but it’s much more to do with technophobia and a generally poor relationship with the laptop than anything. Storage would be much easier with digits!

I am going to give it a try this weekend. I am awful with scissors which i think is why i avoided anything that needed to be cut out.

I enjoy fussy cutting, but I also have a Scan’N’Cut which is so easy for cutting out!

Oh am so envious. I doubt i will ever have a scan n cut but they look fab. Fussy cutting i have heard of – just need to look more into it ( still a newbie )

I have a very techy husband who bought it despite me being terrified of it! I’m so pleased he did

I have Doug stamps on USBs, but they are purchased, not freebies. I tried buying a whole lot of digital background papers years ago but neither I, nor my technically very savvy sister could get the files to open. The company refunded my money but I would have preferred them to be more helpful as I really wanted the artwork! Hope you fare better!

Oh no such a shame. I have lots of digi free papers and one company / site made a free Baby Shower set for me this week. All the papers i have are good as file opens as same with my digi stamps, so i guess i am lucky.

Shame they won’t be doing dies, I think. Might influence my purchasing as I am NOT good at cutting out.
