So it is my Birthday …. and how did i spend it ?
Well i was asked to make 50 yes 50 Cake Pops – the bane of my life for a christening. I swear this is the last time i make these things. Yes they may look cute and all that but they are so time consuming to make and can make me mad when they fall off the stick when dipping into candy melts. NO MORE !!
25 were Vanilla and 25 Red Velvet
But to make up for this hard work look at the goodies i got for my birthday !
Now i know some may say or think that the Die Cutter is small but honestly for a newbie like me this is perfect, but i have decided to splash out maybe next year if all goes well on a slightly bigger die cutter.
Happy Birthday! The cake pops look yummy. I think the smaller die cutters are great value, and the price gap up to the larger ones is pretty steep so it makes sense to try it out first. Even if you get a bigger one you will probably keep using the smaller size anyway, just because it is more convenient.

Thankyou. Thats what i am thinking. I have about 4 sets of labels / tags dies in various sizes, can’t use a couple as bigger than my machine but not a major problem as a friend has a grand calibur so she said she would help me out 🙂

Amazing job on the cake pops. I’m afraid I wouldn’t have the patience for those.
